![My first sous vide: entrecote 4 hours on 51 degrees. With good quality olive oil & balsamico. Baked it a bit to long on the non fatty side. My first sous vide: entrecote 4 hours on 51 degrees. With good quality olive oil & balsamico. Baked it a bit to long on the non fatty side. But it tasted great! :
